You're 99% done. Some growth is known to continue until 21 in AFABs (as opposed to 23 in AMABs), but this is only for your iliac crest. The overall shape and width of the pelvis is already set in stone (finished by 15 for AFABs, 16 for AMABs).

It's not like you can get a kardashian ass but it'll still help.

There's also certain developmental disorders that can delay bone fusing and such. I believe fetal alcohol can delay it by like 5+ years usually.

i did it when i was 14 before i got blockers, but eventually had to stop because i lost the ability to stand up for longer than a few seconds at a time
not entirely sure it did anything, but my hips look more like a natal male pear shape than a natal female one
