My face got a bit rounder and a bit softer. My eyes aren't as hooded. The hrt is like....spreading my face wider? idk shit's wierd. i'm kinda scared desu. shits happening pretty fast for whatever reason.

Also my facial expression is like 10 degrees different in the left pic but for years i had this really prominent 1 streak worry line through my face. Maybe i am calmer now these days but that's the biggest change i've noticed in my face desu...it's gone away almost completely. wierd

Estrogen can smooth out wrinkles in the face. HRT reduced my wrinkles by about 70-80% I'd say.
You should try microneedling as well, that'll probably get rid of it quite a bit.
