I'm having a some issues /mascgen/.
There's this guy I've been seeing recently, originally he was a hook up about 2 months ago but that night was really charged. The sex was amazing, and we spent the night making out, and staring into each other's eyes.
I kept seeing him maybe 1-2 times/week where we'd hang out, have dinner, go on walks, have sex, and etc. I don't typically fall in love easy, but he makes me feel a certain way so I want to see where this goes.

I think I'm getting mixed signals from him because I'm 20, and he's 27, and he's mentioned before that most of his past relationships ended because of age, someone was too young, and wanted to experience youth (read: casual sex). Then also whenever we text, sometimes he doesn't respond for up to a day after, even though I know he's not that busy, and sometimes he'll only respond if I send a second text several hours later.
On the other hand, when we're in person we're very physical with each other, and he seems interested in what I say, and telling me about himself. He's even told his friends about me, and some lunch lady that works at a cafeteria he frequents.
I just want to get to know him better, and explore my feelings.

Recently he went on a vacation in Europe for 3 weeks, and when he came back he's been, what I perceive as, avoidant. He's told me that his trip was the most adventurous in his life, and he needed time to digest what happened before he shares. The tone was genuine, I believe, because he included smiley faces.
I suggested hanging out, and he told me that he caught an STI on his trip, and was waiting on results, but I said that was cool since I just wanted to see him. I suggested some days, and he said they work but he didn't suggest a specific day/time, so I suggested one, and he hasn't responded despite it being 4 hours.

Am I too worked about this? It's just the texting, and uncertainty that's working me up.
