hrt didnt change my eyes but it like effected the area around them
this actually didnt work great for me because now only one of my eyes looks nice and open and larger and the other one looks droopy

Ah, I'm 8 months in right now and I've probably seen a little bit of improvement but not a lot.

I have ptosis of the eyes so I always look tired or serious.

Looking to switch to injections soon.

Females don't have larger pupils. Therefore estrogen won't give you larger pupils. Women typically have proportionately larger eyes. But that's just on average, and it has to do with genetics.
