Doesn't everyone feel this way?
the ontology of whether or not they Are women aside, why wouldn't you have a hard time seeing them as women if they literally do not resemble women?

Lacking internalized transphobia.

If they don't look and sound like women, I go outta my way to always misgender them

I was being literal though, if someone doesn't look like a woman, I'm not going to parse them as a woman.

how does a woman look?

IDK, it's a very subjective heuristic, but there is decidedly a state that a person can occupy that I don't immediately recognize them to be a woman.
I'm not trying to be a dick, trans women are women, but obviously if someone doesn't look like a woman - as arbitrary a thing as that is - it'll sometimes trip me up.
