I keep reading in places that you should not take a serm in conjunction with an estrogen.

So I should take say, Tamoxifen or Raloxifene by themselves, but do they provide any decent amount of feminization compared to estrogen?

I've seen the /hrtgen/ image that says after 3 months to take a serm for a transition without breasts, but those infographics only explain so much
