I think that's for a different reason than the actual vagina. I think a lot of trans women, especially older ones, have it in their head that the vagina is what will make them a woman, that it distinguishes cis women from men absolutely. So when they get SRS, and they're just as much of a disgusting unpassable twinkhon afterwards, they realize just how little a vagina actually means to the people they were trying to "convince". That's probably why FFS has a much lower rate of regret, because it actually accomplishes what they're trying to accomplish.

There can be complications and infections.
People seem to think that cutting themselves is the answer to whatever disappointments they may have but the healthier path is accepting your limitations and working with what you have.
My friend was in Iraq and got his leg blown off.
He has to use a prosthetic.
At first he was very depressed.
He thought no one would ever love him again since he wasn't a "whole" human being.
But he has gradually moved to a place of acceptance.
