Unironically my voice is naturally like this. I just realized that I always end up doing a girls voice on the phone without trying and I just started doing it when I'm not on the phone. My natural voice isn't manly either.

It's hard to explain because you're using muscles that you can't see and probably weren't even aware existed. Another issue is that you have to train these muscles over a period of time there's no trick to just instantly make it happen.

However here's how I started:

Place an open hand on the bottom of your sternum and speak as you normally do. You should feel quite a bit of vibrations. Keep one hand on your sternum and with your other hand rest a finger on the bottom of your Adam's apple. Do not apply pressure to it. The next part takes some playing around but speak and while doing so try to minimize the amount of vibrations you feel in your chest. You should find that vibrations are minimal as your Adam's apple moves up. The actual voice you produce to achieve this movement will probably sound like a whisper or be extremely raspy. This is normal. The next step is the hard part. You basically have to practice speaking at this voice as much as possible. It will eventually clear up becoming louder and smoother and should sound feminine. You may also find as you practice that you gain the ability to consciously move your Adam's apple up and will be able to push it further and further up raising the pitch of your voice as you do. I recommend saying these sentences once a day in your whisper/raspy voice to strength train the muscles:

Can you move your Adam's apple yet? If so just force it up as high as you can for as long as your can as often as you can. This should train up your muscles and raise your pitch slowly over time.

I was going to record one of me trying to sound like a girl but I feel like they're actually not that different and it's really not helpful but actually worse than my normal voice.

I'm actually getting over a cold but I should be fine by now. I don't know how to make myself sound more feminine at all and every time I try to train my voice it just sounds worse. I've just sounded like that for pretty much my whole life from 15 onwards.

I can move my adam's apple up by sort of pulling up with the back of my tongue. however it kind of chokes me and it is really hard to speak like that.
