There's an accepted theory on 'male' and 'female' typing styles. I was once involved in a study to determine how good people were at figuring one from the other.
Really, all it discovered was that some people are better actors than others, I lie as easily as breathing, and it's really hard to judge gender through typed words.

Grammatical gender in English comes from Anglo-Saxon times. Most European languages have gender, modern English is unique in having "decayed" gender.

It doesn't actually = you write like a female/male, it's just a way to group nouns. Males and females have always used masculine and feminine alike: there's no bizarre "full masc" English people write when they want to get their testosterone rush on.

I pasted a chunk of some random Scott Adams blog post and it said 79% male.
