Depends on the rest of your body. I was told I have broad shoulders and big hands, but get gendered female even while wearing my guy clothes. I started 3 months before 19 and at 9 months now.

A loooot of people aren't going to pass in their late teens when they've reached their final height and shoulder/rib size. But most of those can easily have a passable face and look cis in pictures and from certain angles. Skeleton size is the biggest factor in whether you pass or not, and at 18 the skeleton will vary from people to people
