Unless the nipples are super prominent you just have to have them hang free if you want them to not be seen. Any sort of bra, even a good compression bra, will make them more noticeable.

point is if your ribcage is small you need less boob mass to make boobs look big and vice versa
hence we need your band size to make an appropriate image of the size of your boobs

You could try compression fit undershirts or sports bras.
I usually get away with simply a plain tank top underneath, it's enough to add "bagginess" and layers to my clothes to hide nipple protrusions and whatnot.

If anyone notices I just tell them its rude to stare at my tits.
