I know I'm trans, but I'm too afraid to transition.

I'm not trans, but I do know trans people. I'm assuming that this is a matter of willing yourself to do it. I know that what the trans people that I knew thought about was what they would look like if they were to grow old as their biological sex. They said that if you do not like what that might look/feel like, then you really need to transition. I'm not forcing you in to anything, but they said that that helped.

social skills won't be that big of a deal if you self-med or if you're in the US look at "informed consent" at a Planned Parenthood, you can at least begin with HRT before transitioning socially

How does informed consent at a Planned Parenthood work? Do I just make an appointment then they give me the scripts? How much does it cost?

I also noticed that they give out spiro and estrogen. I was looking into bica, is spiro all they offer?
