Faceapp works pretty well, whereas hormones work barely at all. That is how they compare.

They both cause similar sensations of wanting to kill yourself

Somewhere in between. I've seen people who did change as their face app would show while others look completely diffrent. I find that female2 is the closest to how you will look on hrt. It won't change nose length though.

It gives you the fat redistribution that hrt would but more (rounder cheeks) and the softer glowing skin. Also in HRT you would notice the eye size increase but less, as well as the lip increase but less too. So it does the same as hrt in those aspects.

What hrt can't do is the pointier smaller jaw, smaller less portruding nose, heightening of eyebrows and the reduction of ur brow bossing,, which faceapp does quite welll.
