I'm a weird mix of german and polish because of my grandparents.

I'm pale to the point I probably look sick and I used to be quite pink but now its super dark and weird.

And I know what you say is true and all but it doesn't really solve it since I'm weird I guess. I just want to go back to being pink in those areas, the last thing I need is more insecurity about my body.

Also this is a full body lightening though, albeit in my experience it most effective at evening the skin out, eg darker areas become lighter and light areas stay the same.
Glutathione is an antioxidant that will strip melanin from the skin (and possible eyes and hair) with the help from vitamin c.
Lastly since you'll want to avoid direct sunlight to stay pale you'll need sunscreen 50+ spf and probably vitamin d with magnesium.

I have overwhelming anxiety. Sounds like you have some about your body and maybe trust issues. Personally I don't like light areolae. Same with pancake nipples. To me it signals a hormonal miscalculation. As long as they arent straight black or super super dark like Thai and other polynesians get and they are growing in proportion it's healthy and would suck. I think you have the same mentality to be honest here. What's the problem in having darker nipples? Do you think that's the biggest problem about your body, anon?

There's so many things I would worry about myself before my butthole being brown or not.

Look at pic for example. I'm not recommending that one though you should do your own research, preferably watch some youtube reviews and so on.
