I never measured my hips prior to hrt, but I'd assume that they are relatively the same size. If they grew it definitely wasn't any more than a quarter of an inch.

What did happen though is my waist is now super slim, so it gives off the illusion of wider hips.

I gained about an inch, but I only had like 31" hips before so it's pretty underwhelming. I have a 27.5" waist and about a 29" underbust.
I'm rocking that plank-of-wood-mode like it's nobodies business.
