You are a woman (I am assuming). Women are often faced with really narrow beauty standards by the media and trans women are hit worse of all. But you are no less beautiful. You are no less worthy. You are no less a woman. I know it sounds so hard but try to love your body, and do things for your body not out of hate but out of love. Do you want to wear pretty feminine clothing and hairstyles? Do so. Do you want breasts, vagina? Get surgery/hormones. Surround yourself with people who will love and care for you, strangers on the internet can be ugly.

There's a difference between being realistic and resigning yourself to a mediocre life because you don't think you deserve better. The only way you're going to be in a better situation is if you push yourself to achieve beyond what you thought was possible. It may take thousands of baby steps, but step 1 is definitely not being "realistic". You have to be hungry for something better, have to be able to dream of something better, and have to be able to see something better as something you can have. Honestly most people who don't hit "that stage" of puberty that happens generally in the mid to late twenties have a good shot at passing. Not talking /tttt/ standards where if you're not a 9/10 before 6 months you're unpassable. You're better off thinking in terms of years. Get your voice in order, get ffs if you want or need, learn to dress appropriately for your age and context, and then fucking do it. Just doing those things automatically makes you not a hon by its real definition
It'll probably suck more than a cis life of course, you might be left with insecurities and self image issues but that's the nature of being trans. I'm sure people who lose limbs or senses never truly get over it, but many can persevere
