My nipples darkened on hrt as well (not even injections), I'm not exceedingly happy about that. Butthole still looks fine though.

Why would you do an all-carb diet? Humans natural diets is supposed to predominantly fats and protein with as little, or no, carbs at all. Humans don't need carbohydrates to even live, the only organ that requires carbs is your brain and it synthesizes its own via gluconeogenesis.
Keto diets and stuff like paleolithic diet are supposed to be closer to the diets that humans evolved to consume

Because I'm trying to kill my muscles. My diet is mostly vegetables, bread, and a moderate amount of, like, hummus and pb for minor protein. It's real good if you started off super muscular, which I was.

How accurate is this graph? I've been on hormones for three years now, and still only have A cup breasts. And if what the graph says is true, then that means its unlikely my boobs will ever get bigger?
