Anyone, cis or not, needs pretty specific proportions. In the heyday of the original bunnies, they were pretty darn strict about the requirements to become on and to maintain their figure exactly. The originals also were made so that there were different fronts and backs and each girl had a custom suit wherein the two pieces were sewn together for the best possible fit.

This Asian amazoness somehow pulls it off but I suspect the pose and camera angle work well to minimize her big shoulders.
