As things stand, if you're thinking about your gender identity enough for you too even consider transitioning, you're trans as fuck and probably should do it.
People will tell you to just start because really, you've thought this over enough, you need to take action before it's too late. You don't want to find yourself several years down the line transitioning and realizing you could've easily done this ages ago.
When I say start now, I really mean it. I don't want others to do the same mistake as me.

As for how botched your transition could get, you have to remember that passing REALLY isn't all there is to it. Really, really.
This board has an unhealthy obsession about passing, it's that or suicide, which is an extreme. We all want to pass, but there's more to it than that.
Just taking hormones and being in eternal boymode (which should be more of a last resort for if transitioning doesn't work out as planned) will feel a lot better than repressing. Your body has a lack of estrogen, getting some in your system will make you function a lot better mentally. I mostly lost my depression just starting HRT.

Lastly, repressing is basically the worst option where you ditch your dreams and give up. Know that the future prospects of repressing WILL lead to a depressing life, suicide or you caving in and transitioning when it's far too late.

You have doubts, this is normal, but from an outside perspective it's obvious you are trans, and then transitioning really is the simple easy solution.
