1: Contact the court in your are, specifically the division that does landlord tenant cases, in your county. In the alternative contact legal aid in your area.

if you call the court ask the clerk or whoever answers when they have a pro-bono attorney available regarding Landlord tennant cases, in NY it's usually every day, but at least 3x a week in some of the more rural counties, idk how rural you are.
