Going to the informed consent clinic in 20 days. I can't get cypro because I live in the US. Is spiro fine or should I ask for bica or something?

Spiro isn't bad, per se, so if that's the most available and affordable option for now, it might be better to start with. It lacks to progestin effect that cypro has, so many trans women add progesterone to it, which actually has better results than cypro. Bicalutamide is hard to monitor because it doesn't target the testosterone, just the receptors (iirc), so imo that's not the best place to start.
Tl;dr:
> if self medding, consider cypro
>otherwise, spiro + progesterone

Alright thank you I'll try to get on progesterone too.
>what do you want
>give me your strongest stuff
Where are you?
I'm in utah but my doctor is from the netherlands so she's fine with me ordering cypro on the net, she watches my prolactin b12 and liver stuff

If you ask the doctor they'll probably be willing to monitor you. My doctor even wrote me a paper script and so I get it from assetchemist for cheap af
