laser is easy enough to find in nz, googling laser hair removal bay of plenty leads to several. tracheal shave would be something to talk to a doctor/therapist about. if not I'd say go to thailand, plastic surgery in nz is limited and overblown in price.

depends on what you're getting done as to price, larger sections, more money. I've seen average prices as $80 for your chin per session. auckland is gonna have more expensive options. You also need to look into WHAT kind of laser youre getting done as there are different types. There's also the rsk that it doesnt stop the hair completely, you may still get some growth

its due to the hormones. Laser works better on thicker black hair, which is great for most mtf's but laser will only ever be stated to cause a "reduction of hair growth." the longer you use lazer the better the results.
