'gamp' is a different acronym, it means 'gynandromorphophilia' which is the same thing but a much more stupid term and doesn't have as clear an ftm equivalent
andromimetophilia and gynemimetophilia can just be shortened to amp and gmp, which has the upside of clearly translating to aap and agp, which they are very strongly correlated with

no, they're synonyms for 'attraction to feminized natal males'
the prime expression of gynemimetophilia is attraction to trans women, but it can present as traps/femboys (inasmuch as those are meaningful terms), crossdressers, etc -- generally just natal males who are presenting as female
usually the 'extended phenotype' (that includes crossdressers, etc) only exists when attraction to trans women does, but attraction to trans women can come without the extended phenotype
