No. Faceapp does many things that are impossible irl to your face. It's a useful tool though because there's still a lot it shows you can do irl.

For example pay attention to how it styles your hair, eyebrows, makeup, etc.

HRT will only soften your skin and possibly make your cheeks nicer. You'll probably end up just looking like a younger you unless you put effort into it.

In the end all you can be is a female you.
