As apremise, i understand that there are some people out there that don't like uncut, however, i'm and uncut bi guy, and i'm a grower, that means that when i'm flaccid i'm pretty small.

I've been with men and women and both had the same reaction: when i'm flaccid they go "awww it's adorable" and play with it like it's a goddamn toy, until i get hard (and thus it grows to normal size) and at that point it turns into a BJ/sex.
I never found the experience especially humiliating, it's actually kinda fun, nor did it emasculate me, i find myself 100% confortable as a male.

So maybe for some people being circumcised triggers a sissification fetish.
For others being uncut and being small when soft (or perhaps in general) triggers a sissification fetish.
And so on.
But i think the real answer is that these people ALWAYS had that kind of fetish to begin with and these elements just enable them to dive deeper into it.
It's not about being cut or uncut or any of that, it's the mind of the person itself that craves it from the start.
