It's easy. I live in yurop, where women are naturally tall, and clothes come in size 14-18 (UK). C&A carries extra long length pants. Skirts are not a problem. Dresses are, because my wide shoulders doesn't fit anything TT

Shoes are a problem. I have large feet even for a man, so I have to have my shoes custom made.

I have to buy shoes at Payless. I mostly shop for clothes at thrift stores, but when I'm buying new things it pretty much has to be XL.
So many things I would wear don't come in my size.

Dunno if 5'11" counts as tall, I just wear M, maybe L if I want it loose. Shoes are kind of annoying but 12s aren't /that/ rare.

shoes are 12 (us women), i order those online, obviously less to choose from than small footed individuals, and sucks to not be able to buy in a physical store, but it's no real problems
dresses are a problem because they are always too short
the rest are no problem, i just buy L, fits like 90% of the time

Dresses suck, but you can normally tell if its above the knee on a model/mannequin then itll be too short.

I'm a shoe size 11 and most stores near me carry up to that and some are getting 12. Nordstrom Rack has a pretty good selection too

I found Levi's Mile high skinny jeans in 34 inseam are the best fit I've found for jeans.

My dresses, skirts, shirts are done from scrach using my measures. There is no other way. Otherwise clothes are too short or uncomfortable.

I wish I could open a shop selling clothes for the very very petite girls (don't have to be trans) who wear like from size 5 to size 2 and for the bigger females who wear anything from size 10 and up. Would get rich af.
