Lurk moar alot of anons bones fuse way before 25...i've heard as early as 18 depending on genetics.

To see a 24 year old in a thread and say "your bones haven't fused" is just stupid. Maybe you can be optimistic and say "well maybe your bones haven't fused" or say "well your bones might have another year to fuse" but giving a definite answer seems so stupid and cruel imo

I think you'd be able to pass pretty easily. Soften the edges on your brows to make them more curved and grow your hair out and you'd already look pretty feminine.

You're lucky with your eye shape because it's very soft and round. Nothing is too angular in your face, which is good. The only setback is how big your nose is- It isn't huge, but it's a little larger than an average cis girl's nose.
