its because lgbt was made as a containment board for all things gay but each letter is actually pretty different when it comes to relatable stuff, content, etc

There's little overlap between the issues the different letters(except for loneliness, but that's 4chan for you) so we usually just stick to generals where we can poke our heads into to post something without needing a new thread for it.
