If you're with a bi person just check how many same-sex partners they've dated (obv perma-virgins and whatnot are more difficult here). If they've only ever had opposite sex partners chances are dating them is a lost cause.

Neither side expect there to be bi people who would just be decent partners in any relationship they're in and just happen to like both sexes, because adultery and promiscuity is encouraged all across the board. This depresses me a bit desu. I'm bi and i really want to get a boyfreind and i'd just hate for someone to be constantly afraid i'll leave them. I guess its probably best to just pretend i'm gay really in the long run but i do find it weird that most of my gay freinds are in open relationships yet so many gay people assume i'm worse.
