You can I think, especially when we are trying to reinvented ourselves into adults we find out our core values and beliefs and what really matters to us. Maybe you always were but you let yourself be a kid and not focus on the heavy shit. Now your looking 20 years down the road for the first time and your thinking "fuck I can't do this anymore"

If your feeling anything like that it's only gonna get worse. Try to see a counselor for your health. Also every one is different with their degrees not dysphoria some cane take hormones and still live as a guy. Some can be okay with just makeup and some nice clothes. Others will need surgery. what ever you feel comfortable with. You're adult just take small steps slowly and cautiously and sooner or later you're gonna be okay.

Transition should be the smallest speed bump in your life the longer you drag it out the worse it looks. Just make yourself happy and fuck the haters
