i boiled up some greens this week, kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, onions, carrots, and whatever the fuck in my mixed herbs salad that was going slimy. use a tiny bit of coconut oil to saute the onions/carrots first, then add vegetable broth & the greens and cook for about 45 mins until tender

i'm sure there's very few calories in a bowl and it fills me up good

also just salad in general... i like this mix of baby kale, baby chard, and spinach, throw in some of the mixed herb mix, then just keep piling on veggies: some mix of carrots, red onions, mushrooms (ok not a veggie), beans, corn, cucumbers, bell pepper, broccoli, bean sprouts, apples, black/blue/rasp/straw-berries, sometimes mango chunks if i felt adveturous at the grocery, and avocado always

maybe some sunflower seeds/hemp hearts/walnuts/peanuts for some protein but that stuff can be really calorically dense so pay attention

go for vinaigrettes over creamy/fatty sauces

Well I'm basically trying so many random codes until I get a nice word. But of course I don't do it manually, but with my GPU and the program Merikens Tripcode Engine that oyu can find here: https://github.com/meriken/merikens-tripcode-engine-v3
You basically type all the words you want to look for in a text file and then run the program. You can also use more advanced things like regular expressions, like ^[0-9]*$ to search for Tripcodes that only consist of numbers or something.
But yeah I added a whole dictionary with 9 and 10 letter words and mostly are silly, but sometimes I find a nice one. Keep in mind that it still takes a loong time to find a tripcode with 8 custom characters or more, unless you have a supercomputer :)

The program has an example patterns.txt included that explains most things, so you can edit it with your words and then save it and run the program. It will open a little console window that will show you some information on how it's going and when it found a tripcode and it also saves them to a file.
