Height doesn't matter for passing. Obviously if you're 5'10 with quarterback shoulders, a barrel chest, and narrow hips you won't pass. But you wouldn't pass with those features if you were 5'4 either.

Height is irrelevant unless you're seriously something crazy like 6'2, but even then, no one is going to misgender you if you have an otherwise feminine appearance.

Also, shoe size is mostly based on height, not sex. Women only have smaller shoe sizes on average because they're shorter than average. A man and a woman of the same height will usually have around the same shoe size.
