How do you shave your crotch and adjacent areas without

I have tried Magic Fragrant Shaving Powder (Gold) recently but it doesn't get close enough. Left it on for 8 minutes and scraped it off with a plastic card. Is there a way to get it to remove hair closer?

Use a new razer blade in the shower works just fine for me although im not a hairy hon like you so i guess thats why.
