Incredibly gay, like, so super gay. Just a tad less gay than West Hollywood, which is only like 40 minutes from where I live. It's amazing to be a lesbian here, probably just a little bit more amazing (and dangerous) to be a gay guy. Lesbian bars just keep closing down.
There's a club at my school called "Spectrum Alliance." I laughed with my girlfriend about whether it's an autism club or a gay club.
Brighton in the UK is probably the gayest city here. So pretty fucking great
I dunno, maybe about 1.5 - 2?
I live down the street from a gay bar(that I never go to), and there are a few scattered around, but there are no distinct "gay neighborhoods" or much "gay-pride".. we do have pride parades but they're kind of lame and subdued. It's a very subtly liberal-leaning city in an overall conservative state.
You never hear about any anti-gay attacks or crazy shit like that, but I would use the word "tolerated" over "accepted" to describe the attitude. You never see a lot of gay PDA or openness... to be fair you don't see a lot of straight PDA either.
Regardless.. it's very boring and I really want to move.
