Why is the t of /LGBT/ so anti "hon"? Why does it

There's a lot to it.
There's a widespread sentimengt that if you're truly trans, you transition as soon as possible for the sake of your own mental health and safety; if you can wait until it's convenient you should just never do it. Which ties into the attitude that the only polite way to be trans is to pass.

Many trans people are extremely insecure around hons for a couple reasons. First, they are terrified they are going to end up that way and are going to be associated with people who will never, ever pass because it means there's a chance they might not pass. Second, and far more importantly, deep in their hearts they have a firm and unyielding, perhaps incurable sense like trans people are lesser than cis people. True self-respect among trans people is to this day a rare thing. Why do you think they're so susceptible to mass movements?

They feel lesser, incomplete, and unfulfilled. Hons are a sort of memento mori that fills them with an existential terror too horrible to contemplate: Having to live with themselves independent of a collective whole within whose crowd they might disappear. All but the most unassailably self-assured trans people will engage in every possible coping mechanism to avoid this, and as a result, hons are outcasts among most younger trans people.

On the chans especially, it is exceptionally rare to find anyone who is trans and yet not radicalized to some goofy cause or other. The only real hope rests in trans people who are comfortable enough with themselves that their end goals can be actualized and do not involve living in some sort of utopia free of all bigotry. We have to imagine that trans women who remain concerned with concrete issues like bathroom use, petty as they may be, are far more likely to be happy than those whose goals are to end all transphobia everywhere forever.
