Same thing happens to me, anon.
I've just developed some rules.
I use a burner phone, I don't bring them to my house, and I don't fuck them more than twice unless they seem cool with just a fuckbuddies thing.
Also I tell them I have a gf (i don't) so they don't get their hopes up.
I have several dudes that I rotate in and out of my bed (okay, their bed) and I ignore all their calls and texts and I don't call them I only text if I want to fuck them and I don't say anything except "You home?" which means "Wash your ass I'm coming over"
I try not to talk at all when I'm at their house except "Show me your ass" and "You want my cum in your ass?"
If they start getting lovey-dovey I just don't text them at all for a couple of months until they have forgotten about me and then I text them out of the blue "Wanna get fucked?"

If you do this enough times they get the message and they don't even bother bringing up relationship stuff because they know you're just going to pretend like you didn't hear them and if they keep talking then you'll just walk out and not contact them for 6 months.
It seems brutal, but you have all the power so you might as well use it.
If they know you're a player then they aren't going to expect you to settle down with them.
