Is going to an informed consent clinic worth it? I know you will get spiro if you go to an informed consent clinic in America. I'm not 100% sure but isn't cypro better or it is not that big of a difference that I should care about it?

is this cara?
If you want to transition than just do it

Can people really not use anime pictures without being called cara now? I just want to know if going to an informed consent clinic to get spiro would be significantly worse than just ordering cypro online or if it just doesn't matter.

So I guess it doesn't matter?

Why not both?
You can go to an informed consent clinic, and not use your spiro prescription, order cypro instead

all clinics in the us use spiro
keep in mind that cypro is not the unvarnished good it is generally represented as; it is a progestin, which is a shittier version of progesterone itself, and like medroxyprogesterone (the other progestin that used to be routinely used in mtf hrt) it appears to have negative health effects when combined with estrogen/counteract the positive health effects of estrogen
it also may pose a barrier to using actual progesterone by way of increasing progesterone levels in the body to an overly high level
neither spiro nor cypro are good options at all, but spiro + progesterone is the best we can manage right now of the two

Thank you for letting me know. I just always see people speak highly of cypro on here and like 90% of people that self med use cypro so I just thought maybe it was better.
