Seriously, fuck high school...
The lesser-known reason why it's so hard to transition in high school
But here's my issue: In public, as an 18 year old myself, I easily pass as an older woman, perhaps mid-20s. That's because the mild effects of the testosterone that I had, caused me to have a refined facial structure that resembles an older woman. But in high school it's impossible to pass 100% because everyone knows I'm 18, and I'm being compared to the cis girls my age with childlike facial structures. My facial structure for a woman is far too old to pass as an 18 year old girl, so I look out of place.

When I was in HS I knew a kid who was turning 20 right before the end of the school year because he started school late.
