Hey, I think the stereotype is unfair too, but look at it from my perspective.

If a guy approaches me and says "Hi, I'm into transwomen, wanna go for coffee sometime?" my immediate first reaction is "Okay, he asserted that he knows I'm trans, and now he wants to hang out, so clearly he's chasing me (for lack of a better term, no offense)." Then I have to consult the statistics. He could be one of the 40% that wants to get into my pants, get the "achievement unlocked!", and get out, but he could also be one of the other 40% that think I'm some sort of futanari sexdoll who'll gladly live in his basement sex dungeon and fulfill all his dark desires (just look at >>7997988). If, and only if, I can determine otherwise, then I can rest easy knowing he is, like you, one of the blessed minority who just so happen to prefer their girls with different equipment.

If you're attracted to women, and that also includes transwomen, for the same reasons you're attracted to any other woman, then you're not a chaser.
