No, there is no way to train your voice. You weren't meant to become passable because you're not supposed to do this to yourself. You've let everybody around you down, especially your fathers. push your voice forward, use head resonance, articulate, pitch variation in speech
pitch doesnt have to be 200 hz, as long as you have variation and use head resonance
google all that and you will find exercises how to improve all that
personally i got help from a speech therapist (free bc glorious europe)
