For now, bangs that cover the entirety of the hairline will help (not necessarily the whole forehead). Minoxidil and/or finasteride (not certain if this is needed if you're on another AA) can help restore the hairline. Worst case, surgery can help deal with it, but I think you should be fine. Regarding eyebrows, you can just pluck them to make them thinner.

Anyway, yeah, you pass already. The other problems will just make you more attractive (not saying you're ugly, of course! But it'll help)
