I've been on hormones for over six years with my testosterone levels below the cis female range and I'm still at 6 inches just like when I started. Could also just be due to me not being that well endowed to begin with.

The thing is, most of the time I don't even want to use it. I have to force myself to, which is like some monkey's paw shit because one of the things I wanted to get away from with testosterone is the urge to masturbate. However, now I HAVE to masturbate and on top of it I almost never want to. I force myself to, but sometimes I go a week or more without doing anything.

Mine was like, 7.5" bone-pressed before and now it's 6.5" bone-pressed, and if you don't count the fat pad then it's down to only 6" from 7".

I don't feel like HRT changed the rest of my body enough to warrant such a trade-off. For me the benefits of HRT have been mental and psychological mostly, if you exclude the dysphoria that has come from have my genitalia diminished. I didn't like the lost of testicular size but that was something I could cope with since it's not really all that important sexually, but the penis size is something that I'm really struggling with and something that routinely gets me feeling suicidal, though it's not the only thing that puts me in that state of mind.

Feels like no matter what I try to do I end up having body image issues, and I know some things are just outright impossible to change. I'd just like to be able to get back what I lost.

I'm afraid of going off hormones to see if it comes back only for it not to as well.

I really don't know what to do, which is why a nice sturdy rope around my neck feels like the only solution. At least that's pretty much guaranteed to work out how I expect it to.

The worst part is I've come here and expressed my feelings about this quite a few times now but always end up just continuing with my hormone regimen because I'm too afraid of going off of them.

Life sucks. I have the utmost empathy for anyone else who has major body image issues and feels like they would be happier if they could pick and choose exactly how they want to look and portray themselves to the rest of the world.

Why does it matter then?? If you can't use it and it gives you dypshoria wouldn't you want it to be smaller? That way it's easier to hide and less noticeable. In what way does your penis getting smaller negatively impact your life that much?

ive been on cypro and E for 1,5 years and went off of hormones because im going to dubai to work as an escort, i have to be fully fuctional etc etc. its been a month off of hormones and my libido is back, i can cum normally again and boners are back. permanent infertility from hrt is a meme. if you dont want to loose size then you have to get erect daily. my doctor gave me tamoxifen to improve sperm quality and help raise my testosterone aswell.

That's the part that worries me. It feels like I can get just as hard as before. So hard that I can't even really "waggle" it or anything. Maybe somehow I was able to get harder than this before but I don't think I could.

I was on hrt for 3 years. Your penis size will go back to normal. Balls might stay slightly smaller than before though but they will grow back as well.

Hello, regarding to the penis size.

There are people who believe Ronielle, some others don't but I do. (with this I am saying penis lengh and girth gains are possible - or atleast it is in my mind)
I must say never took anything that would change hormones or size of any of my organs, so I have no real visual proof.

But yet I believe the research I have made and I also concur with:

Organs work in the "use it or lose it" manner.

And brain makes the most noticeable change over the years. (the lose of intelligence (IQ) and reflexes are the most 2 noticeable characteristics)

So if you want to keep the size/flexibility, then train it for that. (substances can help boost the gains further and cutshort some years/months)

And regarding to the suicide thing, I had also felt suicidal many times in my life and not only for the body complex (which I admit I have) but for other things aswell.

When you feel suicidal is because you are not powerful enough, to shape the current reality into your desired reality.

So go learn and do what ever is needed to get what you want, so you can die happy instead of dying sad. (or atleast that is my objective)

I am feeling empathetic for you, and well what can I say.. go research on your issue, and from my penis research (I study urology and regenerative medicine(biology) I can tell you if a piece went through a hole, the opposite is then possible too (getting it out of the hole)

Problems don't exist with multiple solutions. each problem have atleast 2 solutions (that is what I have learned in my life, there are atleast 2 different ways of getting the opposite effect of the current effect)

So 1- stop the suicidal thoughts, and 2- your penis have more than 2 ways to increase its size (and finding the right combinations can shorten the time to reach a size objective)

Sure. If you have enough estrogen in your bloodstream your t production will be surpessed. Its a myth that everyone needs blockers. I'm on injections though which provide high enough levels to suppress T and DHT. But it might also work with every other application if your Body works well with them. If you are currently taking cypro as a blocker you need to wean it out real slow and expect a short rebound of T. But why don't you just give it a try? If T gets too high you just could get back on and nothing will happen.
