how do I deal with picking up hormones when i look like a boy

Keep presenting as a boy until you start passing, pharmacist understands.

Deal with it, pick them up in mega hon mode, or just end it.

Pharmfag here. They don't really care. They'll go, they're trans, kk, quantity of 60, etc..

You can go to a mail order pharmacy and they'll deliver it to you..But people will still see your name on the rx and delivery ticket and stuff etc.

When I was first going ot pick up my hormones I had a bit of a beard going, in preparation for and analysis on electro/laser. They give you a weird look or two but that's it.

Yeah. Just let them know you want a script filled and they'll do the whole thing for you. You'll have to supply some information to them. Name, phone, address, and such. Insurance card if you have one.

i wish I could say i've just never gotten medication before but i've been on anti anxiety meds since i was a kid

truth is my parents just always pick them up for me because i'm a wreck

Yeah I know.. I seek therapy and stuff too and generally my anxiety is way better than it used to be but i still suck at most things i guess

You could also call ahead of time, if it's that kind of pharmacy, to see when the prescription will be filled and when you can pick it up, so you don't have to worry about wasting any time.

And besides, pharmaceuticals is a pretty lightweight job, not like they're super pressed for time/energy most instances
