Starving yourself in the mornings and overeating in the evening is a guaranteed way to slow down your metabolism and gain weight.
Eat when you wake up or your body will just go into starvation mode and prevent you from losing weight.

make one meal in the morning, something healthy with protein. include one fruit as a side something you like eating. drink orange juice/water. eat half the meal for breakfast, half for lunch.

Starvation is hard for the first three days.
I suggest you take up smoking if you don't already it really fights the urges to eat.
After three days you won't get hungry.
After a week eating will hurt.
Drink lots of diet soft drinks.
