it has without a doubt the highest concentration of post-ops anywhere on the internet, because its late transitioning demographics means most of the posters there can afford surgery at a reasonably early point in transition rather than slave away for a ridiculous time period while semi-convincing themselves they don't even want it
note that trans women who are post-op have a distinct tendency to be biased towards their own surgeon and think everyone else is shit

Not OP, but I have a few reasons:
1st: Clothing,there is so much clothes I am not able to dress because I have a roll of meat down there,lol
2nd: I would finally be able to have sex without crying over it.
3rd: It would make me feel better abour my genital disphoria

Also, why would I want children if HRT has already left me sterile? I mean, I go from, a sterile penis to a sterile vagina.

Well,that depends on the surgeon, but most of the times they dont use all the glans,but just a bit of it, for the clit,if they use it all it would be quite unreal, so if I remember correctly the non used glans is just thrown away,and with it,most of the sensation,it is kind of complicated.
