Even with hrt you won't stay cute forever of course, but you'll definitely last longer than with nothing at all.

Some will, some won't. Your skin and hair will stop being soft and your fat will redistribute back to the male pattern. Your facial and body hair will also stop having slowed growth. You won't smell like a girl anymore. Your pubic hair will rearrange back into the male pattern. Any hair recession will resume progress. I believe impotency is reversible but I'm not sure.
Boobs are forever, though. So is any bone development you get if you're young enough (wider hips), I'm pretty sure sterilization is permanent but I'm not certain. Dick and testicle shrinkage is also permanent I think.
