Just normal balanced diet. Some fruit and veg, regular sized meals, not super greasy food, get some fiber etc.

Then all you do is when you poo, wipe properly (using baby wipes to clean inside a tiny bit, like just the tiniest bit don't actually push it in or anything), wipe properly and thoroughly and then just wait. An hour or so later you should be able to finger yourself and it be totally clean, because that part of your ass isn't where poo is stored, it's stored much higher.
