Maybe, that's how I started. It's a slippery slope though for most of us and eventually if / when your dysphoria takes over becoming a qt girl may start to sound more and more appealing. Its your body though so do whatever you want, just don't wait too long and then realize "oops I'm trans" and screw yourself over.

Depends, the younger you start HRT the better results you will get, a lot of passability depends on genetics > age you start transition > effort you put into passing>. ( this is a very simplistic explanation) Also you don't necessarily need to make passing your primary goal with transitioning, some people have dysphoria over the idea of aging like a male / being male and take hrt to combat that and enjoy a cute femboy aesthetic that's somewhere in the middle of both worlds. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with and know while HRT is awesome it's also a somewhat of a big decision to make and therefore shouldn't be taken lightly.
