If sexuality is a "social construct" and gender is innate then there would be no LGBT, since the acronym stands for:
Lesbians- "Women" "sexually" and "emotionally" attracted to "women".
Gay- "Homosexual" "men" "sexually" and "emotionally" attracted to "men".
Bisexual- "Men" or "Women" who are "sexually" and "emotionally" attracted to both "women" and "men".
Transgender- People with "gender" dysphoria who insist they were born into the wrong "gender".

There would also be no such thing as "heterosexual".
"Men" "sexually" and "emotionally" attracted to "women".
"Women" "sexually" and "emotionally" attracted to "men".

Therefore using your logic, all humans must be "transgender". Yet, without "gender" there can be no "gender dysphoria".
