Think from a scientific perspective:
Feeling things requires nerve endings. You don't have nerve endings inside your intestines, only around your anus (how you can tell if you have to fart or shit) and inside certain places in your body (like around the prostate). The anal nerves let you feel things entering and exiting, and the prostate nerves are connected to your dick. The prostate nerves therefore are an intensely sexual pleasure.
